VTG Sterling Silver Cuff Watch Band Leaf Fan Stamp Work Navajo Steve Yellowhorse
Hurry up, only 1 item left in stock.
Here's an amazing sterling silver watch band that's been lightly used (if at all) over the years. The silver is a heavier gage and the deep hand stamp work has a leaf and/or fan pattern to it. It is likely that there was a timepiece in this cuff at one time, but it does not appear that the cuff has been worn extensively.
The band is 11/16" wide, tapering on either end to about 1/2" wide.
The silver tabs that hold the time piece are 3/8" wide. The watch plate area is about 1" wide.
The inner circumference is 5 1/4" with an additional wrist gap of 1". It will fit up to a 6 1/4" wrist.
It weighs a notable 41.6 g.
The artist's hallmark is "SY", an early stamp of award winning Navajo artisan Steve Yellowhorse. This piece was likely crafted in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
