This is an amazing sterling silver pin/pendant in the shape of a traditional naja. The pin was sandcast, with three beautiful smaller turquoise cabochons mounted in serrated bezels.
The pendant is 1 1/2" wide and 2 1/8" tall.
The turquoise cabochons are all about 3/16" in diameter.
The opening for the bale is 1/4".
It weighs a stout 18.5 g.
The design and style strongly suggest the maker of this piece was a Navajo silversmith. However, this piece is not signed.
