Turquoise Sterling Silver Ring Oval Size 8.5 Southwest Native American Handmade

This ring features an attractive turquoise cabochon in a double bezel smooth setting. A total of four (4) sterling silver bands comprise the ring shank, which is a size 8.5.
The turquoise is in a honey brown matrix and has many similarities to turquoise coming from the famous #8 mine in Nevada. 
Contemporary Navajo workmanship.  

The cabochon is 1  ¼" long and 3/8” wide, with a shank width of ¼". It weighs 8.7 g. 

There is an artist’s hallmark “J” whom we could not positively identify.
