Sterling Storyteller Earrings Turquoise Monument Valley Pictorial T&R Singer
Sterling Storyteller Earrings Turquoise Monument Valley Pictorial T&R Singer
This is a wonderful pair of heavy gauge sterling silver earrings with a storyteller theme. These larger earrings have a darkened base on which a "Navajo Reservation" scene has been overlain, including Monument Valley, a hogan, and a wagon. A small, round piece (snake eye) piece of turquoise decorates the bottom part of both earrings. The attachment for the hook allows the earrings to dangle freely below the ear.
They are 1 7/16" wide and 1 3/4" tall. From the top of the hook to the bottom of the earring is about 2 1/8".
The turquoise stone is about 1/8" in diameter.
Together, the pair weighs a notable 19.0 g.
They are stamped "T&R Singer" for celebrated Navajo silversmiths Tommy & Rosita Singer.
