Sterling Silver Hopi Bracelet Square Link Overlay Butterfly Native American

This lovely all sterling silver link bracelet features 6 square-like tiles, four with a butterfly figure and two with a flower figure. It is constructed in a classic silver overlay technique which is traditional for Hopi artisans. 
The bracelet connector is a box/tab insert type clasp, with a separate lobster claw safety chain. 

With it clasped, the bracelet will fit a 7” wrist. It is 6  ½" long from tile end to tile end, with a ½" clasp (when closed). It is 1” wide and weighs a total of 54 g. 

It is stamped with a star/starburst pictograph which is unidentified. Using pictographs rather than an artist’s name or initials can be considered very traditional for Hopi jewelry makers. Many of the symbols used as hallmarks represent a Hopi clan.
