Large Sterling Teardrop Hoop Earrings Hooks Small Turquoise T&R Singer Navajo
Large Sterling Teardrop Hoop Earrings Hooks Small Turquoise T&R Singer Navajo
Here's a wonderful pair of wider teardrop-shaped hoop earrings with classic hand stamp work designs from the Singer family. A small snake eye (round) turquoise stone is set in a smooth bezel at the top of the hoop opening. For as large as these earrings are, they are surprisingly light and comfortable to wear.
The hook design allows the earrings to dangle freely when worn.
They are 1 1/4" at their widest and 1 7/8" tall. From the top of the hook to the bottom of the earring is 2 1/4".
The round turquoise stone is just a little wider than 1/8" in diameter.
Together the pair weighs 11.6 g.
The artist's hallmark is "T&R Singer", indicating famed Navajo silversmith couple Tommy and Rosita Singer.
